On 15th of June 2008 TLOS and DOWN HOLE MOTORS SERVICES Ltd ( A Company fully owned by Turbopower Holding SAL, registered in Dublin, Ireland with its principal trading address at 3ed floor, Ulysses House, Foley Street, Dublin ! Ireland, UK.) . Have made and entered into a representative agreement by which TLOS markets, represents and operationally assists for its Products of Drilling Turbines with full support, technical, maintenance and repair in TLOS facilities in Egypt.

Rotary Steerable System

A “Purchase and Technical Support” Agreement between TLOS and APS technology, Inc. (a corporation organized under the law of the state of Connecticut with a principal office located at 7 leaser lane, Wallingford, CT 06492 (“APS”)-USA, have made and entered on the 25th of June, 2008 by which APS supply all of its product of different sizes and specifications of RSS in addition to training and technically supporting TLOS operations in all of TLOS Locations.
